login without clicking confirmation link

What I did:
1) Sign up
2) DON'T answer the confirmation email (mine hasn't arrived yet;
that might be another bug)
3) go directly to http://twitter.com/mlkshk
4) go through Twitter's OAuth process
5) come back to mlkshk.com
5) now I can login into mlkshk.com without ever having
clicked a confirmation email.
What I expected to happen:
My account would not have been active and I wouldn't have been able to login
What actually happened:
My login was active and I could sign in.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
- Assigned user set to “Andre Torrez”
Right now, because we're having issues with mail we went ahead and didn't require account validation via email. I will probably add that when we add the next group of invitees, but I am not sure.
Closing this ticket for now but I put it on my todo list.
