Refresh Friends List does nothing

What I did:
I clicked on "Refresh Friend List" on the Find Shakes to Follow
page, Twitter tab.
What I expected to happen:
A new list of friends from Twitter get shown.
What actually happened:
Nothing.
I'm using FF 4.
