Title for Twitter not updated after AJAX change.

What I did:
I uploaded a new image, clicked on the title, changed the text from "Photo on 2011-07-12 at 11.55 #2.jpg" to "They're doing construction at the office.", clicked Save, clicked on the Twitter icon and the following string was displayed in the pop-up: "Photo on 2011-07-12 at 11.55 #2.jpg http://t.co/5pwjaJC via @mlkshk"
What I expected to happen:
I expected "They're doing construction at the office. http://t.co/5pwjaJC via @mlkshk" to show up.
What actually happened:
"Photo on 2011-07-12 at 11.55 #2.jpg http://t.co/5pwjaJC via @mlkshk" showed up.

When I refreshed the page:
It worked as expected.
