Can't post to Mlkshk from Twitter iPhone app

What I did: Created Mlkshk account. Authorized connection to Twitter. Set up Mlkshk as a Custom image service in Twitter app. Tried to post a picture.
What I expected to happen: Create a post with a link to the picture on Mlkshk.
What actually happened: Got the following error: "Error uploading attachment. There was an error posting your tweet. It has been saved as a draft, please try resending later. (Error: internal server error)
I tried revoking access for Mlkshk and then reconnected my Twitter account. This didn't fix the problem.
