[Feature] Direct link to Saves

Currently, the "saves" tab displays the name of the "saver" and a link to the "saver's" personal shake.
As posts accumulate, it becomes increasingly more difficult to sift through the pages to find the forked copy. If a conversation about the post occurs in a forked copy, the original poster has difficulty making their way there.
Furthermore, if the forked copy is in a Group Shake, only the "saver" information is revealed - not the Group Shake. The original poster has to sift through all of the Group Shakes that the "saver" is an editor or a follower of to find out where it ended up.
