Feature: unflag items as NSFW

What I did:
I saw a file flagged as "not safe for work" that had no offensive
content (http://mlkshk.com/p/IFFB and
http://mlkshk.com/p/IFFD).
What I expected to happen:
I expected there would be some method to alert a moderator/admin
that this file was inappropriately flagged as NSFW. In theory,
users who receive too many reports of inappropriate NSFW flagging
lose their ability to flag files as NSFW in the future (or at least
have their requests ignored).
What actually happened:
There was no method to contact anyone about this problem.
