Provide slug in url that comes from the title or filename.

This is a note for myself to look into throwing a slug at the end of a URL when sharing to provide context of the image:
So this:
http://mlkshk.com/r/3XN
becomes this:
http://mlkshk.com/r/3XN/you-werent-there-man.jpg
