Incoming header at top of Incoming page should refresh incoming page

What I did:
Opened up incoming page By clicking Incoming!!! button at top of
the page (the one beside upload a file).
Scrolled down through all of the latest images.
Scrolled back to the top.
Clicked on the Incoming header (the image with the "army guy"
saying INCOMING!!!)
What I expected to happen:
Incoming page gets reloaded
What actually happened:
Nothing.
I expected clicking on the heading to be clickable/refresh the page because it looks like other buttons on the site (like the "Save this" pig, for example)

For the record, I somehow didn't notice the "Reload It" button at the bottom of the incoming page.
User fail.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
The Incoming page is going to evolve soon. It's not obvious what to click when you're at the top, so it's true a reload button at the top would be good. I'm marking this as RESOLVED but we will add to our todo list to make it more obvious how to get more images.
