Pasting text from this page into title in plugin form has ui shifting effect

What I did:

Went to this page: http://www.triangulationblog.com/2011/01/stefan-kubler.html Saved the image to mlkshk via the Chrome plugin.
Copied and pasted the artist's name into the title field

When I did this, the ui shifted and appeared as it does in the attached screenshot.

It did this for any text I pasted from the page. Not just the artist's name (which happens to contain non-ascii characters).

- State changed from “new” to “open”

I was able to make this happen again by trying to save the image here:

However, I was able to make it happen WITHOUT pasting text into the field. The popup appeared in this shifted form immediately after doing "Save to mlkshk" via the Chrome plugin.

Ok I tried to reproduce both conditions and everything appeared normally. This looks fixed.
