Able to double-post the same image to my shake

What I did: Posted an image to my shake via the Chrome plugin. Forgot that I successfully posted the image (as life can be distracting). Posted it again.
What I expected to happen: Some kind of message saying the image has already been posted to my shake - perhaps because it is aware of the original url. (or md5 hash?)
What actually happened: New shake posted with exact same image.

Would a notice on the popup page be sufficient? (We actually don't "save" the file twice, we save it once and from then on it's a reference)
