What I did:
Looked at my shake on the new layout!

What I expected to happen:
Seeing all images

What actually happened:
I only saw some of them

- State changed from “new” to “open”
- Assigned user set to “Andre Torrez”
We were having some difficulty with the server this afternoon. This sounds like it happened a little bit before that, but it might be related. What might also be happening is the expiration on the files out of Amazon is arriving before the images all load or they're in cache and are older. I'll bump the expiration up to see if that helps.
