More of a feature request - would like to have a URI that ends in jpg
Reported by mzurer | February 2nd, 2011 @ 04:00 PM
What I did: Tried to add a photo from mlkshk to a wiki
What I expected to happen: The photo would show up as though I were using an html tag.
What actually happened: I got a link to the photo, but the image was not embedded on the wiki page

Unfortunately the only fix for this right now is to add #.jpg to the end of a URL to fake the software into thinking it is an image. We support Oembed and a HEAD response with content type for now, but I don't think we'll be adding extensions any time soon since it's not a requirement for web images.
For example: http://www.mikezurer.com/photos/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&...
Putting this on hold to see if we can come up with a better solution for apps that use extensions to dictate content type.
