Nice to have: self-serve "NIPSA" button

It would be nice to have a "not in public site areas" button for TMBO/NSFW images so folks don't get surprised by them in Incoming. Maybe that makes you click again to see in the shakes you select. I am thinking the button would be available on the uploaded page for the uploader to use for tagging, but I don't know - I am sure there's lots of ways to do this.
It may have to go hand-in-hand with a "flag" button that any logged-in user can press.
I don't have a burning desire for this in the sense of having a restrictive workplace; it just seems like it might be a useful thing to consider.
