unable to set up twitter integration

What I did:
Clicked on the "connect it" link to connect with my twitter.
(http://mlkshk.com/tools/twitter/connect)
What I expected to happen:
Able to authorise over at Twitter.
What actually happened:
Received an error:
"Woah there! This page is no longer valid. It looks like someone
already used the token information you provided. Please return to
the site that sent you to this page and try again … it was
probably an honest mistake."
I am logged in to Twitter. Mlkshk is not listed in my Applications list on Twitter in the settings/applications area. Is this something that I should take Twitter's direction instead?

Tried again today and was able to connect properly. Seems like it was just a weird burp. Resolved for me.

Sorry I took so long getting to this ticket. I was traveling and then was sick.
Yeah, Twitter sometimes hiccups on these auths and tells us the token is invalid so the process isn't completed.
