In page navigation using "J" and "K" buttons not working

What I did:
I launched the Incoming Shake and waited for the page to finish loading. Then I clicked on an empty space within the page and hit my "J" key.

What I expected to happen:
I expected the page to scroll to the next image.

What actually happened:
Nothing.

I also tried this on my own shake and again, nothing happened.
