thumbnail breaking

What I did: uploaded an image (http://mlkshk.com/p/QSC)

What I expected to happen: thumbnail to display correctly

What actually happened: thumbnail (http://mlkshk.com/r/QSP)

    We're still having problems with generating thumbnails of certain files. The fix should be a standard thumbnail image to let people know it's still in process or hasn't correctly rendered. I will leave this open until we fix this bug.
