API for posting to a group shake

Could there be an API that lets you add a post to a group shake?
I guess without #93 that would have to be an endpoint that adds an
existing post to a group shake. If it were possible to post
directly, a shake parameter to
/api/upload should work.

I totally have to revisit the API to add this. The truth is it's a 2 line change in the upload handler.
